Jennifer Spivey’s Ecobroker Blog

My Bio

In 2006, Jennifer became the third Ecobroker® Certified real estate professional in Georgia.  Since then she has become an enthusiastic advocate for the program.  In 2008, she became the first Ecobroker® Certified Instructor in Georgia.  Jennifer’s goal is to make basic environmental and building science an important component of all real estate professionals’ education, regardless of what segment of the real estate market they target.
As an agent with Keller Williams, she helps her clients buy, develop, and sell real estate.  She also enjoys working with residential clients that want to buy, build, or do “greenovations.”  She believes every buyer and seller can benefit from simple energy savings, indoor air quality, and water quality techniques that will help them enjoy their home, save money, and sell faster.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Geology, has more than a decade of environmental, land development, and real estate experience in both the public and private sectors, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.  She lives in historic Old Fourth Ward in downtown Atlanta with her husband, two cats, and a bird.
